Document Scanning Clerk
Duluth, GA (onsite)
6 Months (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)

Overview:
This position supports document prep and scanning for a high-volume production environment. Candidates must work accurately at a fast pace, have strong attention to detail, and be open to feedback. Standing is required; chairs are available.

Responsibilities:

• Prep, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents according to quality/output standards
• Meet PS+ standards by completing accurate, error-free work on time
• Operate KODAK scanner and maintain optimal machine performance (clear jams, refill toner, replace oil)
• Understand machine codes and report equipment issues
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain an organized workspace to prevent errors
• Meet productivity targets (Time Productive, Impressions per Hour)
• Communicate issues promptly to manager
• Adapt to changing priorities and high-pressure tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC and typing skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
• Comfortable working in a moderately noisy production environment
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Flexible to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team player with positive and productive attitude
• Leadership/managerial experience is a plus
• Graphics/printing background (not design) is a plus
