As an Event Assistant , you’ll help ensure events run smoothly and attendees have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including logistics, setup, and on-site support
Manage event materials, registration, and attendee check-in
Engage with attendees to provide information and answer questions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
Track event performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Support vendors, sponsors, and participants as needed

18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
