We are looking to hire an Office Manager in a small company in Metairie, Louisiana to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. We are food distributors and food brokers.

Responsibilities:

Placing orders, making freight arrangements and working to the completion of the orders.

Invoicing orders.

Commutating with customers providing them with excellent customer service

Answering the phones and filing

Qualifications:

  • Must know QuickBooks
  • Must know Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have 5 years experience in business
  • Must live within a 20 mile radius
  • Must have general business knowledge
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
