The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package. Basic qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, no experience required, and no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and one year of similar work experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying the manager concerning the need for repairs, establishing effective communication, complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards, cleaning furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment, moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, cleaning interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow or performing other incidental seasonal tasks, wiping and cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, and servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms.
