Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a home infusion pharmacy in Colorado. This is a full-time, day shift position with the opportunity for direct hire after the initial contract period.
Environment: Home Infusion Pharmacy
Location: Colorado
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30am 6:30pm (rotating Saturdays)
Duration: 8-week contract, temp to direct hire
Job Duties:
Prepare IVs and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Work with the Billing Supervisor to enter data for prescription filling and reimbursement processing
Assist the Pharmacist by prepackaging medication and preparing it for final verification and dispensing
Support inventory management by receiving, rotating, and tracking medications and supplies, including lot numbers and expiration dates
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and sanitized
Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of medications to customers
Requirements:
Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
Sterile compounding experience
Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy
Clean room experience
