Design Tree Maintenance in Phoenix, AZ, is looking for a full-time Sales Arborist . This position is designed for someone who knows how to sell in-home services or big-ticket items and can do it with genuine care and integrity.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As a Sales Arborist, your day will be centered around meeting families in their homes, listening to their concerns, and guiding them toward the right tree care solutions. You will start your morning with a consultation, sitting down with a homeowner and walking them through their options in a way that is easy to understand. Throughout the day, you will visit multiple homes, demonstrate value, and explain why professional tree care is worth the investment. You will focus on being a trusted advisor, not a pushy salesperson, meeting clients where they are and helping them feel confident in their decisions. By the end of the day, you will have not just closed sales but also built relationships that keep families coming back because they feel like they've found their best friend in the tree care business.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SALES ARBORIST?
Schedule: This is a full-time position with a schedule that begins at 7:30 a.m. and typically runs until 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. , depending on the route.
