Job Description

Structural Welder

Join a family-owned custom weld shop that specializes in large structural work and unique projects for local clients. You will be working independently on diverse tasks, using blueprints, and weld symbols. The role primarily involves MIG and Flux-Core welding structural steel materials, with the possibility of working with others. Steel thickness varies from 1/4" to several inches. On occasion, TIG projects could surface as well, so willingness to complete these projects is a bonus.

Hours: 6:00AM to 4:00PM; Monday Thursday; OT on Friday

Pay: $24.00 to $30.00+/hr based on experience

Essential Skills:

• 1-2+ years of welding experience with MIG and Flux-Core process preferred
• 1 year of welding or technical welding degree required
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong skills in MIG and Flux core welding

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
