Responsibilities:
Performs service valet pick-up and delivery functions
Safely operates Center loaner vehicles and customer vehicles during pick-up and delivery
Transports and organizes vehicles on the dealership lot, making sure they are clean and have gas
Performs basic explanation of loaner policies and guidelines to customers and secures authorization signatures on loaner contract
Cleans customer vehicles as needed in limited circumstances
Verifies receipt of and performs damage inspection on loaner vehicles when picking up from customers
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
Able to maintain a professional appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous valet and/or customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
